In this Google Sheets tutorial I quickly run through how to lock one cell in place while dragging a formula. This is a useful thing to know if you want to multiply many numbers all by the same number that exists in another cell in the spreadsheet. This works the same way in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. ​
